Des has been doing comedy since 2005. During his university days Des began to look at the stage craft and delivery of comedy to audiences.
Des was a participate of the BBC NI reality show "Find me the Funny" where he was able to study comedy with the head of the San Francisco Comedy Collage, Kurtis Matthews. It was during this time that Des began to develop his own style of comedy, Nerdy Comedy.
Nerdy Comedy is, as Des describes, "The over-analysis of Pop Culture and to present it to the world. To look at TV shows, movies, books and to see what makes them so great or so bad."
Des now lives in Edinburgh and continues to gig wherever and whenever he can.
